Rancho’s new RZR Long-Travel system

Rancho Releases Highly Anticipated, Fully Engineered System for 2007-08 Polaris Ranger RZR

Rancho® has announced the release of race-inspired RZR suspension system engineered to conquer any type of terrain – sand, rocks or off-road trails – tackled by drivers of 2007-08 Polaris RZR’s.

The new Rancho system for the Polaris Ranger RZR feature highly engineered RZR suspension design and proven coil-over shocks, making it easy to upgrade the RZR’s stock suspension. While dramatically enhancing ride quality, the new system also delivers increased suspension travel, improved ground clearance and enhanced stability. The system includes front and rear Rancho nine-position adjustable shocks.

“After receiving such strong, positive feedback at the DealerExpo in Indianapolis this spring, we knew we were going to push right into developing a Polaris RZR system,” said Rancho General Manager Joe Pase. “We’re one of the few suspension manufacturers focused on developing suspensions that can handle a wide range of environments.”

The Rancho Polaris Ranger RZR system (p/n RS10101)  includes billet 6061 aluminum upper control 6-in. RZR A-arms with contrast machining, HSLA steel lower control arms designed for high-clearance, and exclusive self-lubricating control arm bushings. Each Rancho RZR kit also includes high-strength inner tie rod ends, front and rear axle shafts, rod ends with high-alignments, and replacement front and rear brake lines.

The Rancho system includes the company’s popular fully adjustable RS9000XL™ coil-over front and rear shocks, which feature the exclusive nine- position adjustable MyRide Tuning System. Custom engineered for RZR models, Rancho RS9000XL shocks are individually valved for each application and include premium self-lubricating bearings, an anodized aluminum reservoir with stainless steel braided hose and a custom-rate Eibach® coil spring. Rancho RS9000XL shocks are available in the very popular liquid metallic silver finish.

Every Rancho system includes all of the necessary components to complete the installation. No spindle modification or drilling is required during installation. Stock wheels can be re-used.
