Z1 Kit for the Polaris RZR

Our Polaris RZR Turbo-charged Z1 kits are designed for the guy who wants to tackle the install at home. Fits in the RZR 800 or XP like it was “meant to be.” The Z1-kit1 includes a STM billet OD secondary clutch, STM adjustable primary clutch arms and spring, HD snowmobile belt, in tank fuel pump, and all the mounts to mate the engine to the transmission. The Z1-kit2 includes a stainless header, muffler, turbo oil lines, an aluminum 1 gallon oil tank, short aluminum intake, and an air-to-water intercooler system that fits under the hood.
