The newest custom wheels for the RZR XP 900 have everything a UTV fanatic might want. The hottest aftermarket RZR wheels combine rugged durability with design elements made to get everyone’s attention. After all, serious customizers are not interesting in compromising anything when it comes to building an unforgettable machine.
DWT Diablo
The Diablo aluminum wheels are among the newest products offered by respected manufacturer DWT. These sharp-looking wheels are available in four colors: black, black chrome, chrome and machined. Regardless of color, the splayed spoke pattern would look amazing on just about any vehicle. Of course, with a load rating of 1,000 lbs each, these wheels were constructed with offroad use and abuse in mind. For their size, the Diablos are easily the toughest that money can buy.
Installing Diablo wheels will most likely mean installing a lift kit as well. At 14 inches in diameter, they’re a bit wider than stock RZR wheels. Considering the top-shelf styling and unbreakable construction, that just might be a worthy investment. Diablos come in different widths for the front and back. Front wheels are six inches wide, and back wheels are eight inches wide.ack, black chrome, chrome and machined. Motosport Alloys M12 Diesel
Motosport Alloys has a solid reputation of producing no-nonsense wheels for offroad junkies. Their lineup of RZR wheels continues that trend; the M12 Diesel is a tough-looking design, with eight black spokes radiating from the slightly offset hub. New bolt-on center caps protect the hub from dents and dings. Motosport Alloys wheels are made of lightweight virgin aluminum, giving them lots of shine that won’t fade with time. Just to prove their faith in their products, the company even extends a lifetime structural warranty on all M12 Diesel wheels.
The M12 features two color and size combinations. Black is available at 15 inches, and chrome is available at 14 inches. Both sizes are large enough that most users will want to invest in a lift kit.
Motosport Alloys M15 Crusher
The M15 Crusher from Motosports Alloys doesn’t mess around. It’s quite simply one of the best-looking, even intimidating aftermarket RZR wheels anywhere. Four double spokes extend from hub to rim, giving the impression of a compass that always points to badass. The color scheme is a very effective contrast between silver and black. The level of detail and craftsmanship is really something – chrome rivets are not really noticeable unless you’re very close, but Motosport Alloys went to the trouble anyway. As a finishing touch, a bolt-on star cap protects the hub from the rigors of the trail.
The M15 Crusher is available in 14- and 15-inch sizes. The high-quality aluminum alloy is both strong and durable. These wheels should easily take years of regular use, which is why Motosport Alloys is comfortable giving purchasers a lifetime structural warranty on all of their wheels.
STI Chrome HD2
When people first lay eyes on the STI Chrome HD2 wheel, they sometimes can’t say what color it is. That’s because it’s not really chrome, it’s iChrome, an innovative 4-layer paint that creates a liquid chrome effect. Viewed from different angles or in different lighting, the wheel seems to shift colors before your eyes. If the point of customizing your RZR is to get noticed, these wheels will more than do the trick. The impressive design doesn’t stop with the finish. The Chrome HD2’s eight spokes make any ride look elegant and tough at the same time. A heavy-duty wheel cap protects the hub, and wheel lip reinforcement keeps the tire bead secure and intact.
Chrome HD2 wheels are some of the lightest cast aluminum wheels available. The 12-inch models weigh only 10.5 lbs. Light weight shouldn’t be confused with weakness, however. With each one having a 700-lb. load rating, these wheels do much more than draw “oohs” and “aahs.” If you should decide to lift your ride and make room for larger custom wheels for the RZR, STI also makes Chrome HD2 in 14- and 15-inch sizes.
Bandit Wheels H Series
Bandit Wheels are possibly the cleanest-looking aftermarket RZR wheels. The H Series wheels feature six double spokes extending from the hub. The polished silver surface contrasts well with the flat black interior. An all-metal valve stem adds to the sophisticated look. Long story short – these wheels clean up nicely. As a bonus, H Series wheels are extremely affordable.
The 12-inch diameter of the H Series wheels is the same as the stock RZR wheels, so unless you opt for a monstrous set of tires, a lift kit won’t be necessary. The wheels are seven inches wide and extend 2.5 inches past the hub. Weighing just 14 lbs., these wheels won’t rob any power from the engine, either.
